German alpine skier Maria Riesch won her second gold medal during the Vancouver Olympic games.
Riesch won slalom, the last alpine skiing competition in women's Olympic program, with the result of 1 minute 42.89 seconds and brought eighth Olympic gold to her country.
Marlies Schild of Austria was second, 0.43 seconds behind the leader. Sarka Zahrobska took the bronze, 1.01 seconds back of Riesch.
Russia's Elena Prosteva and Lyaysan Rayanova were 28th and 33rd, respectively.
