Norway's Petter Northug grabbed the gold medal in the men's 50 km mass start cross country skiing race at the Olympic Games in Vancouver.
Northug finished with a time of 2 hours 5 minutes 35.5 seconds.
Germany's Axel Teichmann took the silver with 2:05:35.8. Bronze will go home with Sweden's Johan Olsson, who finished with 2:05:36.5.
Russia's Maxim Vylegzhanin and Alexander Legkov came eighth and 14th with 2:05:46.4 and 2:05:53.3 respectively.
Russia's Olympic medal haul includes three golds, five silvers and seven bronze medals, 15 in total.
