Thirty pro-life activists gathered in the central square of Russia’s eastern-most city of Vladivostok on Sunday March 7, to participate in a public protest rally, Silent Cry.
Standing in a long line, the activists one by one released balloons with children’s names written on them into the sky.
A balloon shot up every six seconds as a bell rang, because, according to unofficial statistics, an unborn baby dies every six seconds in an abortion in Russia, an organizer told RIA Novosti.
