The new Russian-U.S. arms control pact, due to be signed on April 8, will address the return capability of missile launch facilities and heavy bombers, a presidential aide said on Friday.
Sergei Prikhodko said this would lay the legal groundwork for the subsequent elimination some types of delivery vehicles.
