Russian President Dmitry Medvedev earned 3,335,281.39 rubles in 2009 (around $115,000) in 2009, down 804,445 rubles ($27,628) on the year before, the Kremlin website said on Monday.
In December 2008, the president signed a law requiring top officials, including the prime minister, deputy prime ministers and ministers, to report not only their own incomes but also those of their family members - spouses and dependent children.
In March 2009, Medvedev said the same rules should apply to the head of state.
Medvedev's new property includes a vintage 1948 Pobeda car that he recently showed off in public when taking Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych for a ride at his official residence outside Moscow during his Easter visit on April 5.
The president also declared a 367.8 sq m apartment, in joint ownership with his wife, Svetlana.
He also has 12 bank accounts with a net balance of 3,574,747.34 rubles ($123,000). As of January 21, 2008, Medvedev had eight bank accounts worth 2.74 million rubles ($94,628).
His total income from 2003 through 2007 was 7 million rubles ($241,752).
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin earned 3,889,807 rubles ($131,236) in 2009, the government press service reported.
It said his wife, Lyudmila, earned just 582 rubles ($20) last year.
