Three tourists are dead and another three are missing after a rafting accident in east Siberia's Krasnoyarsk Territory, a regional emergencies spokesman said on Monday.
The group of 22 tourists was whitewater rafting on the Ribny River on May 1 when one of the rafts turned over and another was carried away by the waters.
The other three rafts and he remaining 16 tourists managed to get to the river bank.
"The tourists attempted to search for the second raft themselves from May 1 yo May 3," a spokesman said. He added that all 16 tourists were now in the nearest village, which they had reached on foot.
Rescue workers are now searching for the second raft.
