Today, the Pacific Fleet has strategic ballistic missile submarines, short- and long-range sea-going and ocean-going warships, strategic bombers, anti-submarine warfare (ASW) aircraft and fighters, as well as ground and coastal units, for accomplishing a variety of objectives.
