Russian tennis player Mikhail Youzhny will play Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic in the quarterfinals of the 2010 French Open.
The Russian No. 11 seed got an easy path to the quarterfinals as his Sunday French opponent Jo-Wilfried Tsonga withdrew from the match after being injured in the first set.
Seeded-15, Berdych earned reached the quarterfinals after winning straight sets (6-4, 7-5, 6-3) over World No. 4 Andy Murray of Britain.
Before the Berdych-Murray encounter, Youzhny said he did not mind who he came up against in the quarter finals.
"They are different, have different pluses and minuses, but I will have to play the winner," he said.
Youzhny has won 6 of the 10 games he has played against Berdych.
