The event attracted both natural and bleached blondes. Some darker-haired women donned blond wigs to join the parade. The city residents did not object to their enthusiastic attempt to give themselves in a blonder image.
The parade of blondes dressed in similar pink T-shirts marched from Odessa’s Cathedral Square to the statue of Duc de Richelieu.
