Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's journey to work on Thursday was brought to stop on Moscow's Kutuzovsky Prospect by a blown tire, a spokesman for the Federal Protective Service (FPS) said.
Sergei Devyatov did not specify which of the vehicles in the prime minister's motorcade was affected.
"FPS officers carried out an inspection and established that a metallic object on the road surface had caused the depressurization of the tire," he said.
Despite the delay, the prime minister arrived for work on time, Devyatov said.
