At least 200 people have been killed and tens of thousands have been evacuated from their homes since Tropical Storm Agatha hit Central America this week, local media said.
Media said that the mostly devastating situation is in Guatemala where at least 170 people were killed, 148 injured and another 101 are missing. Over 150 Guatemala citizens were evacuated.
The storm triggered landslides and flooding across the region.
Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras have all declared a state of emergency.
The preliminary estimation of damage to agricultural sector is about 5 million euro in Salvador, between 14-21 million euro in Honduras.
Agatha formed off the coast of Guatemala last week, and currently carries maximum sustained winds of 80 kmph (50 mph).
The U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) earlier said this year's hurricane season will be "below normal."
