Mercer, a New-York based human resource and related financial services consulting firm, published its Eco-city rankings 2010. Eco-City Ranking 2010 includes the following criteria: water availability, water potability, waste removal, sewage, air pollution and traffic congestion.
Ottawa, the capital of Canada, holds the third position.
Helsinki, the capital of Finland, shares the third position.
It is followed by Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark.
