A single masted yacht with two Russians on board went missing in the Pacific Ocean, the Maritime Bulletin reported on Sunday.
The yacht set sail from Los Angeles towards the island nation of Vanuatu, the bulletin said, adding that the yachtsmen's friends sounded the alarm.
There were a 38-year old man and a 40-year old woman on board the yacht. The yacht went missing after reaching the Marshall Islands, the bulletin said, referring to the missing persons' friends.
