Slovenia defeated Algeria 1-0 in the World Cup 2010 on Sunday, securing the first place in Group C, ahead of the U.S. and England.
Slovenia's Robert Koren scored a goal on the 79th minute of the match, soon after Algeria's substitute Abdelkader Ghezzal was sent off.
Ghezzal received a second yellow card for handling the ball inside the Slovenian penalty area.
Slovenia reached the World Cup by upsetting Russia in a play-off in November 2009.
England and the U.S. have one point each after tying 1-1 Saturday night.
