Michael Jackson's memorial plaque will be unveiled at a West End theatre in London on June 24, on the eve of the first anniversary of the death of the world pop star, BBC said.
The Lyric Theatre is the home of the Thriller Live show where Jackson's fans came after his death on 25 June, and created a shrine of candles, tributes, flowers and 40 books of condolence.
The unveiling ceremony is expected to be attended by Britain's Got Talent 2009 winners, dance group Diversity, were supposed to appear at Jackson's London concerts, and the musical cast is also expected to perform.
This will be a first permanent Jackson's memorial in London.
Michael Jackson died at a Los Angeles hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest and going into a coma. In mid-February Los Angeles coroners have released a complete report of his autopsy, which said his death was a homicide.
