Angelina Jolie will come to Moscow on July 25 to promote her new movie, “Salt” The beauty and mother of six plays a CIA agent accused of spying for Russia.
According to the plot, CIA agent Evelyn Salt served her country faithfully but her devotion was tested, when she was accused of being a Russian spy.

Salt has to flee to avoid arrest and prove her innocence.
However this only strengthen the suspicions of her ex-colleagues.
During the film Angelina turns from a blond to a burning brunette and the agents who run after her try to find an answer to the question: who is agent Salt for real?
It was decided to shoot "Salt" few years ago after one of Angelina Jolie's more careless statements.

"Once I met Amy Pascal (Co-chairman of Sony Pictures) and she mentioned in conversation that she wanted to shoot a film like Bondiana. I jokingly said that I'd like to be James Bond. Soon the innocent joke turned into this great project," Jolie said.
Initially, a male actor was expected to star. But the idea of inviting Jolie quickly transformed "Edwin Salt" to "Evelyn Salt".

The film will be showing in cinemas (on July 21 in the world and on July 29 in Russia) against a background of a very real "spy scandal" with Russian citizens in the U.S., something which will undoubtedly increase interest in the movie.
