At least 9 people were injured as a blast ripped through a church in southern Ukraine on Wednesday, the UNIAN news agency said, citing emergencies officials.
The blast occurred at a church in the south Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye at 16:26 p.m. local time [14:26 GMT].
One woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, emergencies officials said.
An unattended parcel lying by the entrance had been the cause of the explosion, a witness said.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
