Eight people could have survived a plane crash in East Siberia, despite earlier reports that all 15 on board were killed, a Russian Emergencies Ministry spokeswoman said on Monday.
The An-24 passenger jet crashed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on Monday.
Irina Andrianova said there were four crewmembers and 11 passengers, including a child, on board.
Firefighters and rescuers are working on the scene.
