Stormy wind on Sunday suspended railway traffic in Russia's northwestern Leningrad region.
The storm wrecked the schedule of the Russia's luxurious high-speed passenger train Sapsan running between Moscow and St. Petersburg. Over twenty long distance trains and ten suburban trains were delayed amid the weather conditions.
"Railway traffic has been completely restored. However, delays at several railroad sections... are still possible," a statement by the Leningrad region's branch of the Russian Railways company said.
