First Secretary of the political Department of the Romanian Embassy in Moscow, Gabriel Greсu, was detained on Monday while trying to obtain secret military information from a Russian citizen, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said.
"Espionage equipment, revealing his hostile activity towards Russia, was confiscated from the spy" the FSB said.
