Ice cream helps Russians beat the heat

The abnormal heat wave in Russia has increased the demand of Russians for ice cream. Some people even tried to prepare the dish themselves at home watching video recipes of how to make cheese flavored ice cream, for example, or ice cream with peanut butter or other unusual recipes.
The most popular versions of ice cream bought in Russian parlors are still vanilla ice cream cones and ice cream on a stick, employees of an enterprise near Moscow which produces ice cream like the Soviet Union used to make.
Despite the large variety of ice cream, the product is based on the same ingredients – powdered milk, sugar and stabilizers. Berries, cookies, chocolate chips, jelly or corn flakes can be added to the product according to the recipe.
