Russia, like other countries, has not yet fully recovered from the crisis and will continue to implement anti-crisis measures, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Friday.
"Along with the rest of the global economy, our Russian economy is gradually recovering from the crisis. But our recovery will not be quick, so it is very important to be governed by the question of whether we have overcome the downturn or not," Putin said.
"If we believe that the market has not yet recovered, and the purchasing power of citizens has not yet been restored, we must continue to support these [anti-crisis] measures," he said. "We believe that we should continue these programs."
