Vertical Catwalk, a breathtaking show choreographed by Jochen Schweizer, took place in Russia’s capital. His world famous dance company performed at the ceremony marking the start of construction on Nagatino i-land technopark in Moscow. The performance featured a spectacular acrobatic show down the side of a 20-storey business center.

Jochen Schweizer developed a special technique allowing his acrobats to run and dance on the side of a building. The dancers run down at a particular pace with special safety equipment allowing them to remain horizontal in relation to the side of the building.

Jochen Schweizer’s eye-grabbing shows have already been used to promote some of the world’s largest business centers such as the Rockefeller Center in New York, Taipei 101 in Taiwan and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. Moscow first saw them perform in October, 2007.
