A self-made explosive device went off in a cafe in the Ukrainian city of Dnepropetrovsk injuring two businessmen, the Ukrainian Emergencies Ministry said on Saturday.
The blast rocked Paperoni cafe on Friday.
"Two of the visitors of the cafe received injuries and were hospitalized," the ministry said in a statement.
The causes of the incident will be established during an investigation, officials said.
