Russia will be ready to accept restrictions imposed by the World Trade Organization (WTO) only after it has joined it, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.
"No restrictions connected with the entrance process must be imposed before Russia fully joins the organization. The (entrance) process may last forever, and we should eternally take on all its impositions. We are not satisfied with that, and I am asking you to accept this," Putin told a cabinet meeting.
