Gazprom will raise its gas price for Belarus from the current $185 to $220 per 1000 cubic meters in 2011, the company's Deputy CEO Andrei Kruglov said on Friday.
The move is likely to be met with negative response in Minsk.
Russia slashed supplies to Belarus in a row over payments in June, but later resumed them after Minsk paid off its $200 million debt to Gazprom.
There will be no 'gas war' between the two countries before 2011, Russian Ambassador to Belarus, Alexander Surikov, said earlier this month.
