At least 25 Russians face charges of stealing more than $3 million from the bank accounts of U.S. citizens, the Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York said on Friday.
The Russians are among 37 detainees, arrested by the FBI on Thursday.
They arrived in the United States on student visas from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Kazakhstan.
