Arnold Schwarzenegger meets Russian athletes, students

Arnold Schwarzenegger will take a matryoshka doll home to the United States with him. The California governor was given the Russian souvenir by participants of the Special Olympics.

The famous Hollywood actor made a visit to the Russian capital as a politician. He arrived in Moscow to assist in developing high-tech industrial production. However, at the meeting with the athletes it was obvious that no one forgot about the actor’s talent and his affection for sport became an example of strength and ability to overcome difficulties for the young athletes.

Since 1979, Arnold Schwarzenegger has been an international heavy weight trainer of the Special Olympics. In each country the seven-time Mr. Olympia visits, Schwarzenegger tries to find the time to meet with children who are part of this organization.

Schwarzenegger promised to attend the next World Games of the Special Olympics in 2011 in Greece and to support the Russian team.
