Russia on Wednesday handed to Polish investigators a detailed technical report on the plane crash that killed the Polish president and 95 others near Smolensk in April.
The report by the Interstate Aviation Committee (MAK) was sent to Poland's chief investigator, Edmund Klich.
The 200-page report will not be made public before Poland has commented, MAK deputy head Oleg Yermolov said.
President Lech Kaczynski and other Polish dignitaries were on their way to a memorial ceremony in honor of Polish officers killed by Soviet secret police when their plane crashed in bad weather.
