CSKA Moscow solidified its position as the Group F leader in the 2010/11 Europa League with an away victory over Palermo on Thursday.
CSKA overpowered the Italian team 3-0, showing impressive displays of attacking play. The Russian team previously beat Swiss Lausanne and Sparta Prague with the same score.
CSKA will host Lausanne and Palermo in the next two games of the group tournament.
Zenit St. Petersburg won a 2-0 victory over Croatia's Hajduk Split on Thursday, and also maintain a solid lead in the Europa League's Group G.
