Four policemen and one woman were injured after a self-made explosive device went off in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya in the Russia's North Caucasus republic of Ingushetia, the republic's Investigative Committee said on Sunday.
"Around 11.20 a.m. Moscow time an explosive device exploded near a police car in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya," a spokesman for the committee said.
"One female civilian and four policemen were injured," he added.
Criminal case into the fact of the explosion has been launched.
