Traffic police in the Central Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk have made a portrait of a man driving a car drunk. This portrait is based on statistics over nine months of 2010.
The report said in 99% of cases unemployed men with a driving experience of between 4 and 9 years get involved in drunk driving accidents. In most cases, these are the drivers of foreign made cars and such crashes occur on Sunday in the evening or night.
