The Moscow Arbitration Court more than halved the fine imposed by the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Russia's largest oil company Rosneft to 2.039 billion rubles, a judge said on Wednesday.
In November, the service ruled that Rosneft had violated anti-trust legislation and hit the state-controlled company with a fine of 5.28 billion rubles ($172 million).
In August, the service fined Russian-British TNK-BP and Gazprom Neft a combined 8.9 billion rubles.
