Muscovites and the guests of the Russian capital can celebrate New Year’s, St. Valentine’s Day and even International Women's Day on March 8 on the skating rink. Children will also have special programs organized for the New Year holidays.
Moscow followed the example of New York and Paris where citizens and guests can skate in the center of their favorite city.
