The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) agreed on Tuesday to the key points of the outcome document for its forthcoming summit, Kazakhsatn's Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev said.
"The final version of the summit's outcome document, which is to be adopted by the leaders of our states has today been considered here, at the final meeting of the OSCE permanent council," Saudabayev said.
The summit will be held on December 1-2 in Astana. Saudabayev said the main points include strengthening the regime of arms control and confidence-building measures in the region and strengthening efforts to fight transnational threats.
Saudabayev also said the OSCE would pay increased attention to interethnic and interreligious tolerance, including through the prevention and settlement of conflicts.
