Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in his annual state-of-the nation address to the Federal Assembly on November 30 touched upon the most topical and sensitive issues for Russian society.
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin gave a satellite interview to record-breaking U.S. talk show host Larry King. The interview showed difficulties in Russia-U.S. relations: the ‘reset’ has been announced but the confrontation and rows continue.
