China's refined oil output should reach 310 million tons by 2015, State Energy Administration head Zhang Guobao said on Thursday, according to Xinhua.
China will add about 100 million tons to its oil refining capacity and strengthen its domestic oil exploration and production over the next five years to produce 200 million tons of crude oil annually, he said.
The country will also intensify the construction of oil and gas pipelines to reach 140,000 kilometers by 2015.
Zhang said China's oil output would hit 190 million tons this year, while gas production would exceed 100 billion cubic meters.
