Police in Moscow have discovered explosives in an apartment in the west of the capital, a police source told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
The source said “over a kilogram of TNT” as well as detonators, ammunition and improvised weapons had been discovered in an apartment belonging to a 40-year-old man.
The man has been taken into custody, and an investigation is underway.
