Russia's Anna Chakvetadze and Maria Kirilenko are through to the second round of the Australian Open tennis tournament in Melbourne.
It took Chakvetadze just 75 minutes to beat Belarusian Olga Govortsova 6-3, 6-4 in the first round on Tuesday.
Chakvetadze, ranked 57th in the ATP ratings, will play Czech Petra Kvitova in the second round.
Russian Maria Kirilenko, who ranks 18th, defeated Italian Romina Oprandi 6-3, 5-7, 8-6 in 3 hours and 3 minutes.
Kirilenko, 24, will now meet 27-year old Iveta Benesova from the Czech Republic.
