The dialogue on overcoming the crisis in Egypt should involve all the political forces in the country, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Saturday.
"Egyptians themselves must take the decision about their actions. It is obvious that the situation cannot remain as it is, there is a need for a dialogue," Lavrov said at the Munich Security Conference.
"This dialogue must include all the influential political forces in Egypt," Lavrov said.
Egypt has seen huge protests mainly in the largest cities of the North African country since January 25, with protestors demanding for President Hosni Mubarak to step down reaching into the millions.
More than 300 people have been killed and some 5,000 injured in riots throughout the country, with the largest masses seen in the country's capital of Cairo.
