The prime ministers of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, as well as the European commissioner for economic and financial affairs will have an unofficial meeting to discuss energy and innovations.
The Estonian government said the two-day meeting of the Baltic states' premiers, Andrus Ansip, Valdis Dombrovskis and Andrius Kubilius, will start on Thursday in Vihula, 90 km from Tallinn.
European Commissioner Olli Rehn will join them Friday.
