Ten children have died in a fire that broke out at an orphanage in western Estonia on Sunday, local media have reported.
The accident at the orphanage for disabled children in Haapsalu occurred when 37 children and nine adults were in the building.
The fire engulfed the whole building, which was constructed in 1950. A part of the orphanage has collapsed.
Another ten children and one adult have been hospitalized, local rescuers said.
Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves has declared a national day of mourning for the fire victims on Monday.
