A civic association in Annandale, Virginia, has elected a dog as its president.
A civic association in Annandale, Virginia, has elected a dog as its president.
Some 50 people voted unanimously in favor of Ms. Beatha Lee who is “a relatively new resident in the neighborhood, interested in the outdoors, and with experience in Maine overseeing an estate of 26 acres.”
Beatha belongs to the former Hillbrook-Tall Oaks Civic Association President Mark Crawford who was chosen as her deputy.
