Cuban Television will broadcast on Monday evening a documentary about "the U.S. subversive plans" against Cuba, local media said on Monday.
The documentary Truth and Principles will feature a Cuban security service agent who will tell about the U.S. plans to deploy an unauthorized communication network in Cuba for delivering coded information to the United States.
The United States has pressured Cuban government during 50 years with the help of its subversive policy, Cuban papers quoted Josefina Vidal, the head of the North America Department at Cuba's Foreign Ministry, as saying.
Vidal's statement came after the notorious trail against the U.S. citizen, accused of spying.
Alan Gross, 61, a contractor of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), was arrested in Cuba in December 2009. Cuban prosecutors said he was charged with setting up "clandestine networks of info communications outside the control of Cuban authorities to feed counter-revolutionary provocations."
The United States, which imposed a trade embargo against Cuba in1962, said Gross was not guilty since he was providing an Internet access to Jewish groups in Havana.
If found guilty, Gross could face up to 20 years in jail.
