Special forces units of the Russian Interior Ministry’s Internal Troops conducted an anti-terror training exercise near Moscow in the run-up to the agency’s 200th anniversary.
They negotiated an obstacle course, stormed a building taken over by mock terrorists, rappelled down from helicopters, and defeated the enemy in an attack supported by armored vehicles.
The exercise involved over 150 officers and men, 30 armored vehicles, and two Mil Mi-8 military transport helicopters.
