Islam's holy book was burnt in a small church in the U.S. state of Florida on March 21 after a "trial" found it guilty of a number of crimes. The burning was overseen by Pastor Terry Jones, who gained worldwide notoriety last year after threatening to burn the book.
A Russian national, who earlier worked for the Russian embassy in Kabul, was among those injured in the attack, a police spokesman told RIA Novosti.
