A second regiment equipped with the S-400 Triumf anti-aircraft missile system (NATO reporting name SA-21 Growler) will go into combat duty in Dmitrov near Moscow this May.
When new longer-range S-400 missiles are put into service, the regiment will be able to hit targets in low-Earth orbit (LEO).
