An explosion hit the Minsk Metro's Oktyabrskaya station on Monday, a Belarusian Emergencies Ministry source said.
"The causes of the blast are yet unknown - rescuers have been sent to the scene," he said.
At least ten people were wounded in the blast, an eyewitness said.
