The late Elizabeth Taylor's collection of clothes, jewelry and art items will make a three-month world tour with a stopover in Moscow, the London auction house Christie's said on Thursday.
After the tour, the items will go up for auction. Taylor, a celebrated actress and social activist, handed over exclusive rights to the collection to Christie's in 2006.
The items from the exhibition, which will be in Moscow in the fall, have been kept secret. Other legs of its tour will be Los Angeles, Dubai, Geneva, Paris and Hong Kong, with the final stop in New York and a four-day auction.
Taylor died in March 2011 at the age of 79 from heart failure.
