The Active House is an international project realized by Russian, French, and Danish companies. The last generation geothermal heat pump provides the house with heating and a hot-water supply. The building also has solar collectors and hybrid ventilation with heat recuperation.
According to the builders, the house consumes five times less energy than the average Russian home. The amount of daylight is 10 times higher than the norm.
